We're expanding our team and looking for a skilled and motivated Landscape Tiler to join us.
The Role
This isn't a tiling-only role - and that's what makes it interesting. GreenSideUp Landscapes is seeking a qualified and experienced Tiler to bring specialist skills to our high-end residential projects, while also contributing to the full spectrum of landscape construction work we deliver every day.
You'll apply your tiling trade across premium feature walls, pool surrounds, alfresco areas, step finishes and bespoke outdoor surfaces on large-scale projects incorporating both hard and softscape elements. Around that, you'll roll your sleeves up alongside the broader crew across everything a high-end outdoor build demands. It's a chance to use what you've spent years mastering, while expanding your skillset across one of the most varied and exciting trade environments around.
Key Responsibilities
- High-quality tiling across outdoor feature elements: pool surrounds, alfresco floors, step finishes, feature walls and bespoke outdoor surfaces
- Substrate and surface preparation to ensure first-rate adhesion and finish quality
- Contribute actively to large-scale hard and softscape landscape construction projects as part of the broader crew
- Work closely with Foreman and the team, communicating clearly and meeting project timelines
- Maintain site safety and cleanliness in line with WHS requirements
- Take pride in producing finishes that reflect the premium standard our clients expect
About You
You're a proud tradesperson who takes the quality of your work seriously. You like variety, you're not precious about getting your hands dirty across different tasks, and you want to be part of a team that genuinely gives a damn about what they build.
Essential Requirements
- Certificate III in Wall & Floor Tiling (or equivalent trade qualification)
- Solid experience in external and wet area tiling
- High attention to detail and finish quality
- Strong work ethic and a team-first attitude
- White Card
- Current driver's licence and work-appropriate vehicle
- Australian work rights required
Highly Regarded
- Experience tiling in luxury residential or outdoor/landscape environments
- Pool surround or large-format tile experience
- Any prior exposure to landscaping or general construction
