GreenSideUp Landscapes is seeking a skilled Landscape Draftsperson to join our growing team, supporting the delivery of large-scale residential landscape construction projects, with future opportunities to contribute to bespoke commercial works.
This is an office-based role suited to a technically capable draftsperson who enjoys producing clear, accurate, and buildable drawings that support efficient site delivery. You will work closely with estimators, project managers, and construction teams to ensure designs are practical, detailed, and aligned with construction requirements.
Prepare detailed construction drawings for landscape projects
Produce set-out plans, sections, levels, and construction details
Review design documentation and translate concepts into build-ready drawings
Coordinate with estimators and project managers to resolve design and constructability queries
Revise drawings based on site feedback and construction changes
Maintain drawing standards, file control, and documentation systems
Proven experience as a draftsperson within landscaping, civil, or construction environments
Strong proficiency in CAD software
Ability to read and interpret architectural and landscape design documentation
High attention to detail and accuracy
Strong time management skills and ability to meet deadlines
Experience producing landscape construction documentation
Understanding of construction sequencing and site processes
Experience working on large-scale residential or commercial projects
