Role Overview

GreenSideUp Landscapes is seeking a reliable and motivated Landscape Construction Labourer to join our growing construction team, delivering high-quality residential landscape projects across the greater Brisbane area.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys hands-on work, takes pride in their output, and wants to be part of a professional, well-structured construction environment. You will work alongside experienced tradespeople and supervisors on organised, well-managed sites.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist with all aspects of landscape construction works
• Manual handling, site preparation, and material movement
• Use of hand and power tools
• Assist with hardscape works including paving, retaining walls, and other constructed elements
• Site clean-up and maintaining a safe, tidy work environment
• Follow direction from Foremen and Supervisors
• Adhere to WHS systems and safe work practices at all times

About You

You are reliable, punctual, and take a positive approach to physical work. You understand the importance of turning up prepared, following instructions, and maintaining high standards on site.

Essential Requirements

Previous experience in landscaping, construction, or labouring

Strong work ethic and willingness to learn

Ability to perform physically demanding work

White Card

Current driver’s licence and reliable, work-appropriate vehicle

‍

Highly Regarded

Experience specifically in landscape construction

Trade background or currently working toward a qualification

Plant or machinery tickets (excavator, skid steer, etc.)
